To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀行街行下梗係醫肚啦😁今次想食吓日本野呢一間鋪頭細細俾佢招牌吸引左添喺二手卷架二人餐有好多嘢食🤩🤩中華海蜇，第一次食海蜇係咁粗好大條和好好味喎👍清新柚子蓮藕片❤️食到好多柚子味🍊同埋真係有抽子喺裡面，好清新好爽同個名一樣💯麻麻地軟殼蟹，一啲都唔係麻麻哋喺好正呀👍👍一咬落去脆卜卜好好味好鮮甜，炸軟殼蟹🦀手卷真一定要試呀🥰炸蝦🦐芝士🧀卷，一咬落去d🧀喺拉絲出來架，啲蝦🦐仲好彈呀好大隻添抵食喎👍👍先生炸雞，炸雞好大份喎，上面有啲酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁好惹味喎👍👍咬落外脆內多汁d雞肉好嫩滑添yummy😋仲送腐皮沙律同飲品添，腐皮沙律有驚喜好大碗之餘仲好好咪好新鮮添，原來腐皮配新鮮嘅蔬菜加埋中華沙律（即係日本昆布）係裏面又真係幾好味喎👍👍Mr. Maki 尖沙咀柯士甸路15號金巴利大廈地下C號舖
