之前聽朋友講觀塘有間好食嘅良心日式小店叫做丼瀛,所以今次放工就決定試吓。.甲羅燒($68)店員已經事先幫我地燒好我哋只需要將鵪鶉蛋同埋蟹柳絲、蟹籽、蟹膏撈勻之後就食得啦!蟹膏味好濃郁!加埋鵪鶉蛋蛋黃幫助提升鮮味👍🏻如果可以俾多士夾埋一齊食就完美😝碎蔥吞拿魚腩海膽卷($78)吞拿魚蓉同海膽好夾👍🏻兩者都係清清甜甜~而且海膽都好新鮮唔會出水~底下嘅壽司入邊仲夾咗塊青瓜整體感覺都係好清新🌿蒜香牛舌($78)牛舌有成14至15塊而且每一塊都切得好厚身🤩食落好爽彈但煮得都好軟稔。最出色嘅係佢個蒜汁唔會過鹹反而多左一份清甜因為入邊加咗菇、洋蔥、蘿蔔令到個汁唔會太鹹太膩,必食!季節空運(五點)刺身盛($398)五點刺身有三文魚、原隻帶子、油甘魚、赤蝦同埋半條飛機魚刺身。每一樣刺身都切得好厚,食落都好新鮮!三文魚好香好肥美赤蝦嘅蝦味好濃好漿口滿滿既膠原蛋白!帶子都好爽甜而且唔係平時一塊切做兩塊嗰隻而係原隻咁食所以食落都好滿足油甘魚嘅味道好獨特但唔係太多人鍾意因為有時會覺得佢好腥但係呢一條油甘魚刺身就帶有甘甜相信唔食油甘魚既人都會覺得好食。主角嘅飛機魚刺身師傅好用心咁樣將刺身切成孔雀形擺盤呢條飛機魚刺身

每一樣刺身都切得好厚,食落都好新鮮!
三文魚好香好肥美
赤蝦嘅蝦味好濃好漿口
滿滿既膠原蛋白!
帶子都好爽甜
而且唔係平時一塊切做兩塊嗰隻
而係原隻咁食所以食落都好滿足
油甘魚嘅味道好獨特
但唔係太多人鍾意因為有時會覺得佢好腥
但係呢一條油甘魚刺身就帶有甘甜
相信唔食油甘魚既人都會覺得好食。
主角嘅飛機魚刺身
師傅好用心咁樣將刺身切成孔雀形擺盤
呢條飛機魚刺身同其他魚嘅魚質唔同
比較爽彈脆口,雖然切得薄身但都好有咬口
而且魚油味都好濃~

外層薄薄既天婦羅炸漿
中層係爽口彈牙嘅墨魚膠同墨魚粒
內層就包住熱溶左既海膽
海膽食落有啲似薯蓉/奶黃
一啖食到脆、彈、軟
味道層次好豐富!

呢間日式小店好抵食,特別係五點刺身盛同埋蒜香牛舌!
而且係良心小店,大家都要多多支持。😆
