友人介紹有間酒家豬肺湯唔錯, 又近近地喺佐敦, 我同好姊妹都鍾意飲老火湯, 不過自己冇能力整到呢d高難度既湯, 既然想飲就要幫襯外面.嚟到酒家先知呢到賣本地海鮮, 不過嚟呢到目的係飲豬肺湯, 梗係叫湯先再加其他海鮮.豬肺湯用有氣礦泉水燉, 好似比一般清澈, 飲落有杏仁味好細緻, 湯料豬肺雞腳白果,細細舊乾淨又軟滑, 一盅湯可以分到六至八碗.本地野生青口雖然青口縮到得細細粒肉, 但食入口好新鮮, 鮮甜味取勝.手打墨魚丸比機打軟熟彈牙, 一樣都好鮮甜.薑蔥炒膏蟹, 有一斤左右, 幾好肉地, d蟹走過油, 油份略重, 金黃色蟹膏配上結實蟹肉甘香鮮甜, 最好食係d薑蔥, 吸收咗膏蟹嘅海鮮味, 香嫩可口.最後有紅豆沙送作為飯後甜品, 紅豆沙好大粒, 甜度剛剛好.
