真芝士拉絲蝦丸,上枱嗰陣仲熱辣辣嘅,炸得勁脆,蝦肉夠曬彈牙,入面嗰啲芝士真係拉到絲故喎,仲拉到勁長添啊。蒜蓉牛油焗蜆88,蒜蓉同牛油都勁香,喺中式餐廳食到呢樣有小小西式感覺嘅餸菜,有少少 fushion 嘅感覺。蜜椒吊燒骨,雖然每一舊嘅 size 都唔算好大,不過就真係勁惹味,甜甜地爆得又夠香,全晚最鍾意就係呢碟餸,瞬間就俾所有朋友清哂。魚湯海味浸菜心,個魚湯真係勁鮮甜,真係好有魚味,菜心新鮮爽甜,面頭嗰啲炸魚仔更加係畫龍點睛,令到成個餸都好味好多啊。潮式爆花蠔餅,啲蠔仔勁大粒又飽滿,唔會煎得太老,食落中間仲好 juicy,外層有夠脆口,好好食。蒜蓉果皮生煏大白鱔,大白鱔煲一上枱吱吱聲 煲入麵包香咗嘅蒜頭痛紅蔥頭飄來陣陣的香味 白線都算多,用嚟送飯一流。芝士焗大蝦伊麵,芝士味濃,蝦亦都十分之大隻。攞個芝士汁撈埋啲伊麵一齊食就啱哂啦,不過如果啲伊麵唔好咁諗同埋可以唔好咁濕就更加好喇。籠仔鹹蛋肉餅88,之前都睇過報道話呢度既肉餅之所以叫爆牙係因為加埋一啲切碎左既豬耳入去啲肉餅度一齊打嘅 ,咁樣會爽口好多喎,今日一試果然名不虛傳,個肉餅真係勁爽口彈牙,加左豬耳一齊真係爽好多啊,不過如果個肉餅
