與朋友去咗中環Soho覓食,揀咗呢間以泰式Fusion菜為主嘅餐廳!🍢Skewers - Wagyu($32)🍢Skewers - Pork’s Neck($28)🍢Skewers - Pineapple($28)呢3款串燒都係店員推介,和牛燒得恰到好處,肉嫩又juicy,確係高質又抵食😋豬頸肉比較厚身,邊位燒至微焦,食落香口之餘又爽口彈牙,係近期食過最好食嘅豬頸肉👍🏻燒菠蘿香甜多汁好好味😋而且切開一吤吤嚟燒,有別於一般串燒店!串燒跟配自家制泰式辣醬及沙嗲醬,坊間嘅沙嗲醬多數重花生或椰奶味,但呢個則重櫻花蝦味,比較特別!🍢Veggie Chicken Satay Skewers($48)呢款素雞串燒用咗黃豆及泰式香草等製成雞肉嘅口感,而且沙嗲味比較重,有食緊雞肉嘅錯覺😮唔講仲以為食緊真沙嗲雞肉串燒!但始終缺乏肉類應有嘅油脂,口感較乾,所以蘸醬汁食會更好味😋🍝Thai Basil Chicken Spaghetti($68/ Half)西餐常用嘅意粉加入紅椒、九層塔及魚露一齊煮,又香又好味之餘仲充滿泰色風味😋另可因應食量揀全份或半份,確係唔錯嘅西泰fusion菜👍🏻🍹Thai Lime

🍺Spitfire Ale/ Red Horse($58/ HH)
兩款draft beer味道都ok,麥味重,口感差唔多,但感覺Spitfire Ale麥味相對較重!正當諗住點多杯Red Horse時,點知已被隔離枱班外國客人飲到無晒😅睇嚟外國人好鍾意Red Horse喎😆
餐廳嘅菜式幾有特色,有啲酒仲比較少見及特別,店員又會同食客打成一片,氣氛好好👍🏻我哋前後點咗幾杯draft beer,食住傾計hea足2.5hrs😆真係幾Chill架!
