今年慶祝媽咪生日嘅飯聚我就揀咗位於銅鑼灣一間專食豚肉串燒嘅居酒屋~呢間餐廳嘅環境唔錯,坐得幾舒服,好適合同朋友把酒言歡!同埋啲筷子座好有特色,大家去嘅話不妨留意下!😛😛-講返嘢食先~首先,每2位附上一個【蒜子蕃茄沙律】作為前菜,呢個前菜好好食,個汁酸酸哋再配埋蒜蓉同冰爽嘅蕃茄真係夠晒開胃!!而當晚我哋叫咗好多款串燒share嚟食,真係不能盡錄,就揀一部份嚟講啦~有幾樣係我覺得係好食,值得一試嘅:-【豬肝醬釀雞翼】- 個豬肝醬勁香,包埋係雞翼入面連埋脆雞皮同嫩雞肉一齊食真係好正!【厚切白金豚肉】- 好香口,好有豬肉味!【上等豬舌串】- 我覺得呢到嘅豬舌串好食過牛舌,口感煙韌得嚟又有啲爽脆,好特別!【味噌煮牛筋拼蘿蔔】- 牛筋同蘿蔔都炆得勁入味同勁"淋"!【豬皮串】- 口感勁煙韌!【豚肉紫蘇卷】- 個紫蘇葉味好出,配埋豚肉好夾!【白金豚酸姜皮蛋串】- 薄薄嘅豚肉包住皮蛋,然後有個用酸姜整嘅蛋黃醬,真係好特別同好好食,個味道真係勁Surprise!-跟住有幾樣係我覺得好一般嘅,分別係【豬小腸串】、【豬大腸串】、【豬肚串】、【月見免治豚肉串】、【白金豚肉流心蛋卷】。真係冇乜特別,味道亦好一般,

【豬肝醬釀雞翼】- 個豬肝醬勁香,包埋係雞翼入面連埋脆雞皮同嫩雞肉一齊食真係好正!
【厚切白金豚肉】- 好香口,好有豬肉味!
【上等豬舌串】- 我覺得呢到嘅豬舌串好食過牛舌,口感煙韌得嚟又有啲爽脆,好特別!
【味噌煮牛筋拼蘿蔔】- 牛筋同蘿蔔都炆得勁入味同勁"淋"!

跟住有幾樣係我覺得好一般嘅,分別係【豬小腸串】、【豬大腸串】、【豬肚串】、【月見免治豚肉串】、【白金豚肉流心蛋卷】。真係冇乜特別,味道亦好一般,我就覺得可以一試嘅,但真係1次就夠...🙈🙈

仲有啲係我覺得做得好差嘅,真係無必要叫嚟食......
分別【活白鱔】同【豚骨湯沾麵】。個白鱔肉質好差,一啲都冇鱔肉應有嘅爽脆感;而個沾麵就...湯唔夠稠,麵完全掛唔到湯,味道亦絕對達唔到正常沾麵嘅水準,真係幾失望。😔😔
