To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. COVID-19全球大流行,抗疫近1年,生活習慣改變了!其中包括:不聚餐!工作日午餐多數自己1個人吃,今次到中信大厦Brick Lane吃午餐:#南瓜湯,creamy 細滑,好味!#田園沙律,幾種蔬菜,加了蕎麥,味道比較淡!#香烤紅鯛魚柳配奶油芥末醬,等了40分鍾,催了4次才來,當天超過一半的客人都在催主菜,應該是廚房流程出了問題!鯛魚柳烤得皮脆肉嫩,配上南瓜蓉、蘑菇、西蘭花,味道挺好的!上菜流程需改善!#凍檸檬茶,中規中矩,不加分也不扣分!
