To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經常聯乘多過主題嘅銅鑼灣拉麵店🍜聯乘過Cinnamoroll 又聯乘過Melody今次咁岩係我同事至愛嘅鬆弛熊主題🐻佈置勁細心🙈每一個角落都會有鬆弛熊出現同事講到出聲話想去點會唔陪佢😎❣️特制黑醬油拉麵 $98見到拉麵湯底咁黑都真係嚇死人唔好俾佢個樣欺騙左味道係唔差唔差💁🏻‍♀️仲要係佢地嘅招牌之一🎖️配上沖繩豬軟骨同日式叉燒沖繩豬軟骨炆煮到軟腍叉燒大大舊又厚身✨✨❣️特製牛乳湯沾麵 $108叫左個熱牛乳湯底🥛但其實沾麵係有4款沾麵湯底：✅熱牛乳湯✅魚介醬油湯✅胡麻醬✅味噌湯牛乳湯有濃郁嘅牛奶味每啖都會感受到奶香鳴門卷有齊曬三個角色💖有別於平時日式拉麵嘅鳴門卷口感會偏似港式白魚蛋❣️炸雞拼章魚燒 $69炸雞外表香脆又唔會多粉🐣🐙章魚燒就真係幾時都無得輸仲有個好有特色嘅士多啤梨煉奶醬味道好似士多啤梨百比枝外層嘅士多啤梨朱古力但唔會過甜點炸雞食又係另一番風味🤩🍹特製百香果梳打 $39🍓特製士多啤梨梳打 $39梳打唔會太甜仲要有果肉出現酸甜酸甜飲落好開胃😆記得飲前要攪勻！如果唔係果肉同果醬會沉低
