To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過婚宴，第一次去食晚餐。原來每晚有唔同主題，各有一款特價菜式，差唔多半價。今日係特選日子，可以一次試足幾款。- 白灼海生蝦 (半斤)數量唔多，不過肉質結實，都算新鮮。- 京式片皮鴨 (半隻)片皮鴨都唔少，有十幾塊，夾埋配料，醬汁，都好好食。唯一不足係塊薄餅只好暖暖地，唔夠熱。- 金菇蒜茸雲耳蒸龍躉件蒸龍躉件係平時食開既，味道足，配金菇雲耳，好夾。- 豉汁蒸白鱔件依個比較失望，白鱔件比較細。- 濃湯海味什菜煲依個係正價，好大煲，海味份量足，有鮮味。
