平日都有去麗港城真味鮮廚食晚飯,發覺個廚越來越唔掂。今晚叫胡椒薑葱「局」肉蟹,變左「炸」上左粉的肉蟹再後加胡椒薑葱快炒,根本是兩回事。上湯浸菜芯,D菜芯頂呈黑色,即是無削頂。之前都發覺到個廚勁like走油,今次將「局」變「炸」,越做越求其。
