To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我是旁邊公開大學的學生，因為離得近所以來這家店吃的次數很多。今年4、5月份來的時候味道和份量都是可以的，我一般會點麻辣小辣，上米線的速度不會說很慢，能接受。時間往後推移，慢慢的這家店做的米線吃起來味道會有些不一樣，小辣的辣度沒有以前那麼辣，而且上米線的速度是越來越慢。這次我是11點05左右進的譚仔，11點20落的單，現在11點51還沒有見到米線。頭疼，我只能說對這家店很失望，人員安排的效率太低，對顧客的態度又很惡劣，唯一有些安慰的或許是米線還是譚仔米線。希望這家店以後能有些改善吧，也不枉我們顧客對譚仔米線的認可。
