見到好多人都推介呢度嘅sourdough，所以決定吀嚟試一試。本身冇為意以為呢度只係一間bakery，原來亦都係一間cafe，環境都坐得幾舒服，幾適合喺度做野/chill～.have heard about @levainbakeryhk sourdough for awhile & i finally got to try em’ out! 🥰 recently got super into sourdough bread 😆 seems like every body is talking about it! you can either get half (400g) or the whole 800g 😊 overall, even though i am not a sourdough expert but its pretty good 😋 after i toasted it, it was crunchy on the outside but still nice and moist inside 👍 definitely have to give it a try!.

呢度嘅sourdough有細細舊咁賣，而大嚿嘅話可以一半咁買，好似我今次咁要咗400g。
其實我無咩點認真研究過sourdough，無話食過啲超級impressive嘅sourdough (我會去試吓baked㗎啦🤪)，不過今次呢個都唔錯🥰
levain嘅sourdough口感唔錯，用焗爐焗返熱後，外皮脆得嚟幾有咬口，裏面軟熟得來又夠濕潤✅
味道酸酸地咁，而parmesan唔算話超級多，但亦都會隱隱約約食得出芝士嘅鹹香。
