To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多女仔都成日去食茶木既甜品，平時睇人地既相都覺得佢地既賣相幾靚。所以特地去紅磡既茶木一試。去到既時候其實都覺得D裝修環境唔差。燈光幾柔和，果然係配合到所謂既「休閒」。D侍應都好客氣好有禮貌，食物都好快就送到過黎。去到就叫左一個重點想食既甜品，草莓香草蜜糖磚。一送到埋黎，第一個感想就係覺得好大舊。雪糕好多。其實食左呢個磚之後已經覺得好飽。底個個麵包好脆，好似多士咁，成個唔會太甜，岩岩好。入面都係真材實料，好抵食。食完己經好似食左一個飯咁。之後叫左兩杯野飲，每杯各30幾蚊到。每杯都好大杯好抵飲。入面有D曲奇餅咁，好飲又好食總結黎講茶木D甜品實在係名不虛傳，值得再去一食。
