燒味可以話係廣東菜嘅精髓,同樣嘅做法、同樣嘅食材,只要調味有少少唔同就可以做到唔同嘅風味。燒味當中自己最愛叉燒同燒腩仔,前者啖啖肉,後者肉厚而帶骨香,連骨嘅肉其實係好滑溜。今日自己好貪心想食埋乳豬,所以叫咗個乳豬三寶飯($65)跟例湯。乳豬-外觀上碟切到好幼身,以為好少好吝嗇,但其實總量都唔小。放落口皮脆,有肉味,雖然薄身,但絕對唔係骨多過肉。預期之外,正燒肉-外觀係行貨,瘦多過肥,似自己最唔愛嘅沙梨督。入口完全改觀,無肥肉但絕對唔鞋口。以為咸死,又居然幾香。皮脆肉滑,贏呀叉燒-外觀唔肥唔瘦,不過好似無乜蜜糖色,量少。入口同視覺感覺一樣,有啲失望。有甜度不過唔夠蜜糖味菜乾豬骨湯-料多,不過無乜燒骨味,例湯唻講都算佳
