To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回想起來,已經有幾年無嚟過。今次嚟係想試試水準如何,不過,也沒有抱太大期望。晚市時段,超多吉檯,回想起以前整條加太賀街擠滿人群既景況,沒排隊超過半個鐘頭以上,休想有位!我哋發覺店內的裝飾擺設同以前都大同小異,不過,餐牌卻換了。我們點既都係以前曾經點過既食物,包括花之戀壽司(同以前一樣大大件,三文魚刺身OK,每件有三四片,不過壽司飯有點硬)、海鮮薄餅(落得太多粉去整,而且海鮮只得八爪魚一種)、炸軟殼蟹卷(炸軟殼蟹不夠熱及脆,麻麻哋)、香菇蚌膏蟹子焗飯(材料豐富,不過d飯硬咗少少)及黑豚肉shabu shabu(大大煲足夠四人份量,但黑豚肉太靭,好嚡口)。價錢及份量同以前差唔多,加價幅度應該唔大,四人埋單合共三百幾蚊。
