To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間經過天后這間燒味店,午市單併$33、雙併$35 粉、麵、飯同價。不想吃飯於是叫了瀨粉併燒鴨。可能是中午,叫飯反而起得快,瀨粉或因要另加煮熟時間多了。朋友叫的叉油雞飯很快上枱,嚿嚿肉加上薑蔥油,魔鬼的誘惑。燒鴨瀨粉,瀨粉好似煮得時間奈了些,質感是軟韌半像米線,總覺與平時的瀨粉口感不同,還是喜歡傳統瀨粉。湯底味道不錯,加入蔥花帶起點香味。燒鴨皮不見有黑毛,拔得乾淨故全部可吃,脆皮下面有一浸肥油,入口油化開。從健康飲食角度來說,久不久吃一餐也可以。
