To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友誠意邀請的生日午餐…在惡劣天氣下，如期赴約….因為，交通混亂，延遲了差不多半個鐘…已經打電話預先通知中菜廳…. 結果，只剩下60 分鐘落order 及用膳….因為時間急促，推薦order 了點心拼盤 - 好味，每位計的鮑魚燒賣- 不過不失，沒有新鮮感素粉果 - 不錯，清新最精彩菜式之一，亦最名貴，每位$$$，花膠扒，香脆可口，花膠質地係靚貸，起初誤會係西多士，份量太少了⋯⋯蝦多士，蝦彈牙，多士脆，雖很熱氣，受歡迎的菜式另一名菜，叉燒，只有五件，入口即溶化，肉質上乘，肉汁豐富，令人吃到停唔到口擔擔面，認為係全餐最精彩的菜式，上枱時色香味俱全，肉碎，拉面都好吃，湯底帶微甘，微麻，又不嗆喉，令人食得過癮！一喝而盡！👍👍甜品贈送的…..總括來說，係高質的！名不虛傳！唯一要彈，擺放太空洞了，只有寥寥可數的幾張枱，好似坐在大堂中間！冷冰冰之感！
