中午到達訂了檯的名店,已見有walk-in客在等位。太座因為預先上網看了菜單,一心要食她至愛而又是廚師推介的工夫菜釀焗蟹蓋及响螺兩味。蟹蓋先出場單是蟹形盛器已取滿分,再看餡料滿是蟹肉及美味配料海鲜味道至濃。响螺排場不及前者,但响螺肉混合香濃餡料中咬感又有蟹肉外另一種感覺。濃郁的頭盤後是醒胃的鮮茄蘿蔔清湯腩,蕃茄味道令牛腩入口更感清新,全覺牛腩的肥膩。再来一道瑤柱滑雞蒸陳村粉, 瑤柱蒸熟後手撕伴雞塊蒸,只要不懼雞油的邪惡,混和陳村粉入味至極。 餐後附送綠豆糖水陳皮味足。
