To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違了的日本小街 - 加太賀

N咁多年前，加太賀是一間超超超人氣餐廳，記得當年成條崇潔街都係等入座嘅人，不過佢又的確安排得幾好，整條街很有日本小巷feel, 又有小型攤位遊戲玩住嚟等冇咁悶，當時香港嚟講，這間餐廳確係搞得有聲有色、熱熱鬧鬧，巨型花之戀三文魚花型壽司和飯後贈送的雪糕糯米糍均紅極一時。某日路經紅磡，心血來潮帶埋孖寶去了加太賀，看看現在變成怎樣。我們沒有點招牌花之戀壽司，只是隨便叫了刺身定食、烏冬冷麵、石窩飯和孖寶最愛的三文魚籽壽司。當天下午客人不多，食物水準不過不失，烏冬冷麵略嫌不夠爽彈，石窩飯有點過油，最吸引孖寶的是一直沿用至今的飯後送雪糕糯米糍的習慣，氹得小朋友好開心，大讚好味!店外仍有不少擺設可供拍照，對小朋友來說是挺特別的地方，嚷著下次還要再來!

 當天下午客人不多，食物水準不過不失，烏冬冷麵略嫌不夠爽彈，石窩飯有點過油，最吸引孖寶的是一直沿用至今的飯後送雪糕糯米糍的習慣，氹得小朋友好開心，大讚好味!店外仍有不少擺設可供拍照，對小朋友來說是挺特別的地方，嚷著下次還要再來!
