To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 用黑糖煮過的珍珠,配上奶茶,的而且確令人回味!起初開業時,每次經過店前,都會被那條長長的人龍嚇跑,心想著⋯⋯為了一杯飲料,動輒要排半小時以上,實在太超過了吧⋯⋯最終有天還是叫自己試一試吧!今趟已經是第N次幫䞋了😆😋
