好多年無入嚟三聖邨食海鮮喇!! 第一次食呢間,好幾道菜色嘅烹調都幾有驚喜~白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬平時食花甲通常都係用清酒或者鹽水煮,白酒忌廉煮嘅好似係第一次試(大鄉里),個忌廉汁好rich好滑,配埋酒香,成個汁嘅味道好有層次!蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝今次揀嘅帶子好大隻!蒸得火喉剛剛好,好鮮甜~砵酒焗桶蠔個人好鍾意呢個焗桶蠔,好惹味,同埋幾欣賞啲桶蠔可以焗到啱啱有啲脆邊,但又唔會太韌同「鞋」口豉椒蟶子皇配煎米粉底蟶子好彈口,墊底嘅煎米粉索咗啲豉汁嚟食都好夾味今次啲海鮮同幾年前嚟三聖一樣都係嚟自闗財記,隔咗咁多年啲海鮮都依然係性價比好高呢!~

個人好鍾意呢個焗桶蠔,好惹味,同埋幾欣賞啲桶蠔可以焗到啱啱有啲脆邊,但又唔會太韌同「鞋」口



豉椒蟶子皇配煎米粉底
蟶子好彈口,墊底嘅煎米粉索咗啲豉汁嚟食都好夾味


今次啲海鮮同幾年前嚟三聖一樣都係嚟自闗財記,隔咗咁多年啲海鮮都依然係性價比好高呢!~
