To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違了的元氣壽司

今日早左少少放工走左去元氣食餐“自我放題”壽司。先叫左個三文魚頭湯暖暖胃先，三文魚湯幾足料，都有d魚肉食下，仲見到三文魚眼tim！叫左兩件海膽墨魚同埋兩件辣味三文魚軍腩，即叫即整果然塊紫菜仲係脆嘅。呢兩件次次叫都保持到水準，好少會中伏嘅！另外叫左帆立貝、三文魚腩同埋蝦。蝦同埋帆立貝嘅味道唔錯，件三文魚腩反而有d腥，麻麻地。有芝士嘅卷物我反而覺得唔錯，可能因為我係芝士怪。呢個新出嘅松葉蟹牛油果真係麻麻地，兩樣野只係分別地放番喺同一個軍艦上面，無咩特別可以唔試！最後再叫多個元氣卷，一如既往嘅水準，食完咁多件壽司，飽晒lu！Order 嘅壽司算唔錯，不過迴轉帶上面嗰d望落就有d乾喇！下次都係會keep住食order嘅壽司。
