To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近來不知為什麼,我重拾了對連鎖快餐店的興趣,去沙田等太太出現之前的一段自由活動時間,一個人的晚餐,我選擇來《大快活》解決。上次,在《大家樂》吃了焗肉醬意粉,今次在大家樂,我決定食港式快餐店的另一名物,焗豬扒飯。向來,焗豬扒飯,大快活是我首選的,糾正地一說,是自從大快活改良成為厚豬扒之後,我才推他上第一位的。因為,肉厚而極淋,茄味香濃,芝士又夠多,酸香而肉感豐富,很是溫飽的一個飯,再者,飯底是炒飯,熱熱地食,十分之香,十分之濃,多年來,都是這麼的吸引。久違了的焗豬扒飯,我同你再 say hi,你完全沒有令我失望。
