第一次食Bella Shine已經係幾年前嘅事,果陣觀塘工業區嘅食店都未有咁多,第一次食係慶祝我嘅生日,老公專程帶我黎食豬鞍同埋非常漂亮嘅甜品Dancing Heart,果次之後我地經常去開餐,直至我地搬屋。之前我地結婚週年打算訂枱重溫一下呢個美味時得悉Bella Shine已經搬走,終於最近係Openrice見到Bella Shine重新開業,我地當然立刻訂枱去重拾呢個久違了嘅味道啦。😁Bella Shine新舖同舊舖距離都唔遠,亦都係工業大廈入面,而且比舊舖更近地鐵站,裝修以黑木色為主,配搭柔和嘅燈光,比以前更有格調。餐牌同以前差唔多,最重要係價錢都仲係一樣😍 👍除左Set dinner之外,其他主菜加$88亦都可以轉套餐,價錢計埋同Set dinner都差唔多,由於選擇太多,我地揀食咩都揀左好耐。最後我地揀左羊架同我最愛嘅銀鱈魚。😄今晚呢個湯係甘笋薑藍青口濃湯,入口非常creamy,薑味好濃,甘笋味甜,份量都唔少。老公揀嘅主菜係法式香草寶雲酥焗紐西蘭羊架配紅酒燒汁,羊架肉質非常鮮嫩,外層嘅寶雲酥香脆,入口彈牙多汁,熟度剛剛好,沾紅酒燒汁非常惹味,我都忍唔到口食左佢半份。😂 配菜有

另一個主菜我揀左我最愛食嘅銀鱈魚,之前黎Bella Shine我都經常點呢款西京燒銀鱈魚,水準依然保持到咁高👍 銀鱈魚配以紅菜頭乳酪汁呢個配搭真係好夾,味道層次豐富,銀鱈魚油香肉嫩,配菜擺得好靚。😍雖然已經好飽,我地都清得一乾二淨。😄

今晚甜品係紅豆抹茶奶凍•和菓子伴雪糕,抹茶奶凍好滑,雲呢拿雪糕配有杏仁片。最後飲埋杯餐飲,呢餐超級滿足。😙
