以前同越南既姨姨學習煮正宗越南菜後，都好少會出去食😵‍💫 但係今日係圓方溜冰 ⛸️心血來潮好想食越南菜就search到呢一間 Pho Dle Bar , 大約係6點既時間所以冇咩人餐廳裝修以紅白色為主，風格同平時食開既越南餐廳有少少唔同，感覺更高尚美國生牛肉湯河粉 🍜🍜$88因為自己都好鍾意煮 Phõ 所以要求比較高🧐 不過我食得出餐廳嘅湯都煮左一段時間，湯底清澈但牛骨味濃郁生牛肉嫩滑🥩🥩，配上各種香菜🌿🪴，非常美味羅望子炒虎蝦配椰絲伴蝦片$148羅望子又稱酸豆，虎蝦肉🦐🍤厚，味道清甜及肉質爽嫩，酸酸甜甜，非常開胃燒豬頸肉$79豬頸肉燒得香口惹味，配上木瓜沙律🥗同埋酸辣汁🤤食唔停口啊鮮青檸羅勒薄荷梳打 $38羅勒葉清香，再配上薄荷非常之冰涼清新🤤🤤菠蘿梳打$38有好多果肉，酸酸甜甜，好開胃❤️
