很久沒有韓燒,忽然很想吃!疫晚間期不用等位就能直接入座,旺角分店佔地很廣,中間有棵燈泡樹,十分浪漫。五花肉是豬肋排上的肉脂肪與肉一層層相間。要鎖住肉汁,千萬不要不停反轉烤肉。煎至金黃後再剪成細塊,以慢火烘烤。五花肉烤得香脆,滿口油脂,十分滋味~水冷麵被譽為「朝鮮三大美食」之一,當然要試~湯底酸酸甜甜,混合米醋與果醋,很開胃。麵條幼長,十分煙韌。冰冷的麵條搭配簡單的配料很清新。護心肉是豬橫膈膜和肝之間的肉,每隻豬只有約200至300克,極之罕有。燒後肉質鮮美爽口,濃郁有咬口。
