To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得中午跑到中環，經過這間餐廳，因為趕時間便入內點選「叉燒併燒肉河粉」，結果兩個燒味肉硬到不得了；叉燒因為切得薄，所以「咬」得入口；那燒肉肉質十分硬，只選了一塊細細的肉入口，肉質硬到差點吞不下去，其他的燒肉已不想吃落去。湯河粉則中規中矩。總體來講，入口就知原材料是什麼肉，難道生意差嗎？看現場又很多打工人在用餐喎！難道這種食材已是香港人的常規嗎？中伏一次，以後路過就好。
