To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 紅酒牛柳粒焗飯$82先刺串溫泉蛋，拌勻牛肉，令牛肉更滑更香，牛肉好似牛腩般嫩腍好咬，牛味濃郁，紅酒汁有點似咖哩，味道幾好，芝士份量頗多，好香好正。芝士白汁蘑菇牛柳粒年糕$52芝士較少，連白汁都少，牛柳粒似肉醬，份量少味道一般，年糕雖煙韌，但唔夠味同太乾身，似煎年糕咁，亦唔覺有蘑菇的口感。一口炸雞球$29細細粒好可愛，一口一粒，炸得金黃色夠香口，外脆內唔乾，都有汁，配他他醬好滋味。台式珍珠奶茶$18茶味香濃又夠滑，珍珠煮得岩岩好，有咬口好煙韌，甜度不高，好好飲。凍咖啡$15咖啡味都重，味道正常。
