To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違的沙嗲王

當天下午來到荃灣，但又想不到去那醫醫肚，便決定到附近餐廳隨便吃吃吧友人與我很久都沒有來到沙嗲王，便決選它來個久違體驗。 對過往沙嗲王的印象是一所中價位多國菜式為主的，而現時感覺已轉營為平民價餐廳餐廳是以QR code 下單的，等候時間亦不選太長，菜式選擇都挺多。當天點了以下菜式：❣️白咖喱香茅豬扒鳥冬白咖哩湯不會過鹹，淡淡咖哩味道，整體不過不失香茅豬扒份量亦有3、4塊左右，煎至挺香的但如果豬扒是分開上的話，感覺豬扒會更好吃❣️滑lu Lu蛋黃咖哩吉列豬扒飯咖喱汁份量都挺多的，不會太辣；吉列豬扒亦炸得香脆整體也是不過不失味道還有兩款飲料：❣️荔枝紅茶配寒天波波這款飲料挺清爽，增添了寒天波波，更增加口感❣️鮮芒椰汁沙冰配寒天這款飲料很冰爽，芒果不會酸，椰汁與芒果是不錯的配搭總括來說，所有菜式及飲料味道不過不失，是飲料的等候時間需要等久一點，餐廳是沒有收取加一服務費的，於結帳時還會送一瓶小的XO醬，亦是挺驚喜的。

白咖哩湯不會過鹹，淡淡咖哩味道，整體不過不失
香茅豬扒份量亦有3、4塊左右，煎至挺香的
但如果豬扒是分開上的話，感覺豬扒會更好吃

這款飲料挺清爽，增添了寒天波波，更增加口感

❣️鮮芒椰汁沙冰配寒天


這款飲料很冰爽，芒果不會酸，椰汁與芒果是不錯的配搭

總括來說，所有菜式及飲料味道不過不失，是飲料的等候時間需要等久一點，餐廳是沒有收取加一服務費的，於結帳時還會送一瓶小的XO醬，亦是挺驚喜的。
