To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然好想食三哥既煳辣，所以就走左去食左碗過橋米線！雖然大家都話譚仔同三哥之間都有微妙既分別，不過呢個湯底係三哥獨有，就無得比較啦~過橋米線入面有太多配料我都好鐘意，豬肉、牛肉、雞肉、腩肉、火腿、豬膶、牛丸、墨丸、魚蛋、乍醬、豆卜、生菜、酸菜、芽菜、韭菜，同埋竹笙！不過其實我最推薦既係湯底：煳辣！係一款唔係淨係得個辣字既湯底，因為煳辣既味道偏向濃郁，而且有種好難形容既味道，因為三哥官方表示煳係代表食物經火變焦變黑，所以食落口既時候可能會有一點點苦既味道。呢種特別口味湯底相當有趣！
