Restaurant: Ah Kwai Friend's Noodles

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違的餃子

住係馬鞍山咁耐，一直都好想試依間食店。但係因為種種原因都冇去到食。今日終於有機會食到，本住馬鞍山美食沙漠依個心態去搵野食。是日係星期六下午2點幾，一推開小店既門口，竟然坐滿人，心諗：應該都唔差掛....N04 豬骨湯炸醬桂林通心米線+中酸辣通心米線未食過就試下，佢好吸湯，唔會淋patpat。個酸辣味似老干媽辣醬隻味，因為佢加左豆豉。N06 酸辣炸醬辣腩肉米粉（中辣）個酸辣味好好味，係平時個隻濃郁酸辣味。腩肉唔係薄薄得肥膏個隻，係有肉個隻另外加左$8，2隻韮菜餃。因為讀書時期食得太多餃子，見到餃子都驚。但係見到老闆包餃子包勁多料，又勁多菜小肉，就好想試下。餃子勁大隻，勁多料，咬4啖先食完一隻，雖然唔係好薄皮，但係湯餃好好味好耐冇食過咁好味既餃子，仲要手工包，$8 2大隻，又平又好味值得一提既係星期六都有下午茶，送熱飲。不過2碗都係酸辣，點解食上去唔同味？難得馬鞍山有好野食，下次會再去試下口水雞同炸豬扒。
