之前因為返工成日會去大角嘴,時唔時都有食開個邊個間麵麵店。但因爲呢幾年都無行開個邊,就算掛住d菜脯同辣醬,都無特登去食。前幾日經過太古,唔知食咩好,就入左food court望下有咩岩食。入到去,竟然見到麵麵店有分店,就緊係咩都唔好講,即刻排隊買黎食先! 我叫左米粉同清湯底。配菜就叫左辣蓮藕、豬耳、春捲同咖哩魷魚。辣蓮藕絕對係必食!!豬耳就正常水平。魷魚其實本身係浸住係d咖哩醬度,但放左入車仔麵度,比d湯沖稀左,變到一d咖哩味都無。。。所以個人覺得叫湯麵要咖哩魷魚就有d曬氣。春捲都正正常常,無咩驚喜。 最後一定要加大量菜脯同辣醬,基本上呢個就係個車仔麵既靈魂。。。每啖都加少少菜脯落去先食得開心d!
