To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過Delifrance，今日放工經過，同同事去試吓，叫咗醬烤豬肋骨配田園沙律及薯條、煙三文魚卡邦尼意粉、雞肉芝士汁菠菜合桃螺絲粉、加配餐湯沙律、雞鎚、芝士薯蓉、軟心朱古力蛋糕配雪糕及朱古力冬甩share嚟食。醬烤豬肋骨配田園沙律及薯條豬肋骨烤得很腍，一切就開，薯條炸得外脆內軟，剛剛好，配上田園沙律，剛剛好。煙三文魚卡邦尼意粉意粉煮軟硬度剛剛好，卡邦尼汁非常creamy,配上煙三文魚，不錯。雞肉芝士汁菠菜合桃螺絲粉整個螺絲粉鋪滿了滿滿嘅芝士汁，非常之濃郁，螺絲粉非常之掛汁，配上雞肉同菠菜健康又好食。軟心朱古力蛋糕配雪糕朱古力蛋糕焗得熱辣辣，朱古力味濃郁，配上雪糕，有冰火嘅感覺，正！
