To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久遺的自助午餐

我被消費券帶挈，家人請吃自助午餐，在「普慶餐廳」，餐廳在地庫，地方寬敞，裝璜帶點兒懷舊感，餐廳大堂設有七個美食專區，提供多款中西日多國美饌、冰鎮海鮮、即席切肉、冷熱菜餚、甜品等，我習慣先來巡禮讓眼睛與手機先食，再慢慢細味品嚐。牛肉中心位置帶血部份我沒有興趣，祗吃周邊的牛肉，味道是不錯，但我太怕滲出血水。旁邊的燒豚肉味道像港式燒肉，燒豬皮沒有受歡迎的香酥脆皮，腍腍又靱。遇上沒有油脂燒鴨髀是好味道又淡淡肉，可惜皮不脆口。叉燒鬆軟美味呵！豉油雞尚算不錯！炸茄子與蕃薯的炸漿很薄脆可口！質感很好又很少酒味的威士忌酒心朱古力，吃了幾顆。有果肉芒果雪糕很酸但很開胃消滯，特濃咖啡雪糕有咖啡粒粒，有嚼勁，焦糖合桃很香甜，我嘗試三款雪糕質地都幼滑可口。紫米糖水~我的至愛。
