To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係屋企附近嘅餐廳，唔係第一次食，明明唔係咁既質素，今日真係好失望啲嘢難食都算，服務員態度仲要勁差，話說佢杯凍檸茶苦澀到難以形容，再請服務員確認多次係真係檸檬茶，佢話我哋由開業到而家都係將個檸檬打碎做檸檬茶，你肯定係第一次嚟，我心諗就算第一次嚟你杯凍檸茶飲到咁，合理咩？我叫佢取消咗佢我唔要啦，佢就話咁你記得啦喎，我哋杯凍檸茶係咁嫁，下次唔好嗌凍檸茶，你想飲咩啊，換比你喇今時今日咁嘅服務態度得唔得㗎？
