To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Alfafa(樂富廣場）一間性價比高的西餐Alfafa 位於九龍樂富聯合道198號樂富廣場A區UG2樓,餐廳裝修簡約新穎,環境舒適寬落,餐廳主打西式套餐,更有全日精選套餐供應,服務員招呼態度溫文有禮。焗醬豬肋骨(350g)配沙律$88跟餐+$12有甘筍湯+$36香烤雞翼+$38椰子雪糕新地,甘筍湯熱飲暖胃,入口綿滑,香烤雞翼有四件,食落雞肉嫩滑外皮焦香,好香口,椰子雪糕香蕉船新地份量好大,啖啖雪糕有濃郁嘅椰香味,焗醬豬肋骨份量都不少,配有薯條,醬汁鹹鹹地酸酸地甜甜地,豬肋骨入口超淋滑,食到最舐舐。跟餐有熱檸水,檸檬新鮮清爽。黑椒牛肉紅酒燒汁炒意粉$74跟餐+$12有沙律+$16芒果熱情果梳打,沙律有多種雜菜,入口新鮮清爽,梳打飲落透心涼,酸酸甜甜甚醒胃,黑椒紅酒燒汁牛肉食落好惹味,微辛,廚師炒意粉軟熟度剛剛好,每条意粉沾滿黑椒醬汁更好味。
