我諗十枱就會有十枱客都點依個「八色」小籠包,我哋5個人起碼要點兩籠啦。8種味道包括原味、人參、鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜香及麻辣,每一個由唔同顏色去區分,未食已覺得好養眼,由淡至濃,餐廳有個食用建議次序。不過,個人嚟講,想試邊款就邊款,反正好少一個人食晒8款。

今晚自己就試咗以上幾款,而原味、黑松露味、蒜香味以前都試過,嚟過幾次,都喺未試過麻辣味,唔嗜辣自不然唔會主動嚐個辣嘅。

京醬肉絲配薄餅 $78

餐牌中有一個系列叫經典小炒,但又唔覺京醬肉絲喺一道經典小炒菜式,不過,味道就真喺唔錯。肉絲以濃香嘅醬汁爆炒,味道頗濃,帶少少甜,但配合埋底下嘅京蔥,再搵薄餅包住食,不失惹味。但一定趁早食,因為啲薄餅一攤涼就變硬,影響口感。

之前已試個喇沙海鮮拉麵($78),覺得佢哋嘅喇沙湯底做得相當不俗,濃香帶少辣,惹味醒胃,所以,握介俾屋企人試吓,弟婦對海鮮敏感,所以,要鮮肉卷最穩陣。話鮮肉卷,其實喺肉片,還好嘅喺都幾腍滑,配喇沙湯,好食,而麵條喺有師傅即場手打,新鮮度不用懷疑,粗幼度適中,入口有韌勁,唯一美中不足喺今次隻蛋唔多溏心

整體服務有番一貫水準,換碟,添水,勤快到位,侍應亦禮貌周周。茶錢$7位,連加一,埋單八百幾,當然由小弟請啦,食物嘅水準又保持到,無走樣,屋企人亦讚好,所以,無揀錯再嚟過
