To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食品種類都不算太多，不過質素也不錯。刺身就比較少種類，而甜蝦都很細隻，不過赤蝦夠大又鮮甜，比平時的甜蝦刺身大隻，雖然沒有牡丹蝦那麼有大又爽。三文魚亦都普通，輕輕試試就好了見到扒爐那邊有羊架、牛扒、或是西式白色腸，白色腸的味道都相當不錯，外皮容易咬開，夠熱，香料味道香濃，加點芥辣也可。好像飲品種類很多，起碼有一部咖啡機你可以自製黑咖啡、卡布奇諾或是摩卡；另外一邊又有橙味或是檸檬味得飲，甚至比起尖沙咀的海景嘉福大方，該處只有標準斟的普通咖啡。
