To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間喺西環街市熟食中心，嘅老字號近期好出名，而且又近地鐵站，今次同朋友嚟試吓果然係名不虛傳！我哋星期六去食Lunch ，12點已經好多人，因為員工唔多，所以order比較慢，但出餐嘅速度都唔差！嘢食方面我哋叫左一份蛋牛治，另外仲有誠記湯意粉，兩杯凍奶茶。蛋牛治好足料好好味。另外誠記湯意粉好大碗，可以足夠兩個人食！最後凍奶茶好滑好香，亦都係推介之一！餐廳環境方面，因係熟食中心地面比較濕滑，所以要小心，另外員工亦都好有效率，盡力幫助客人落單，同埋佢哋真係記憶力好好！
