一通關即刻有親戚返嚟,仲住埋喺我屋企,於是乎就近近哋去EMAX搵食。外國返嚟當然想食中菜,最後就揀咗新潮樓。呢度地方夠大,如果鍾意環境寬敞有空間感嘅,呢度真係不二之選。星期五六日仲有Live Band喺度演出,夠晒氣氛。每次食潮州菜,有兩款必點嘅菜式,其中一款就係滷水鵝片,而且仲有得揀選自由配搭雙拼同三拼。滷水鵝片當然就係主打,佢嘅鵝片唔算有太多肥膏,但係食落口感仍然係軟滑唔會太韌,加上佢嘅秘製滷水汁又唔會過鹹,整體感覺都好好。墨魚都係另一款受歡迎嘅滷水菜式,墨魚既彈牙又爽口,每片都夠大塊,揀呢個配搭完全唔會後悔。原本想揀豆腐,不過店員話豆腐唔靚,最近冇做滷水豆腐,最後我哋就揀咗豬耳,脆卜卜嘅軟骨,配上入味嘅豬皮,呢個份量淺嘗一下啱啱好。另一款潮州菜必點菜式就當然係香煎蠔仔洛,佢嘅做法同出面有啲唔同,粉漿嘅比例比較多,所以就零瀉脆口,但我個人就比較鍾意蛋漿比例多啲嘅口感,不過佢都勝在每隻蠔仔夠大隻,所以整體都唔錯嘅。自家製蝦蟹棗粒粒都夠晒大粒,蝦棗彈牙而蟹棗就夠鮮味,最鍾意佢有得雙拼,人數唔多都可以食到。潮州嘅蔬菜類就一定揀排骨春菜煲,呢個春菜煲嘅湯相對較清,仲有好多薑粒,可以驅走芥菜
