呢幾日天氣實在太凍,當然要食煲仔飯暖暖身。喺荃灣出名食煲仔飯嘅就係呢間江湖小棧,不過要食到佢都唔容易,晚飯時間喺嚴寒天氣下露天等超過半個鐘先有位,不過都係值得嘅。今晚同朋友一人叫咗一個煲仔飯,有馬拉盞牛肉飯同麵醬滑雞飯。大家睇下相就會明白,係嚴冬之下,煲仔飯扮演着一個好重要嘅角色。一打開蓋,濃濃嘅蒸氣兼香氣湧出,我哋緊接倒入豬油同豉油,焗多一陣,撈勻,拎起匙羹就擺入口。豬油香加上甜甜嘅豉油包住每一粒好似識跳既飯,其實無餸都好滿足。當然,個餸都好好食,醃料同醬料都唔會好咸搶曬啲味,同埋好嫩滑唔會嚡口啦。我地仲叫左個燒通菜,而通菜就最夾較咸味既醬料,就係蒜蓉同馬拉盞,唔好以為好咸,其實食完成餐飯都唔會口渴,一讚。呢間真心值得一讚,冬天黎食一流,仲有羊腩煲同雞煲邊爐可以食,下次要黎試下。
