跟蝦子餅和好友們一行六人行完鶴咀,好戲在後頭,是我期待已久的海鮮塔。海鮮塔共有三款選擇,分別有每位298元的釜山塔、每位398元的首爾塔和每位538元的濟州塔。別忘了看菜牌裡的教學。桌面的餐具,一個字「銀」。桌上放了5分鐘計時器。我們分兩座塔,一邊選了人蔘雞湯。另一邊選了推介的韓式豬手湯。吃海鮮前,先吃前菜,共有四款,味道都不錯。首嘗推介的首爾塔來了,共有七層。釜山塔則只有五層。等到溫度計顯示85度便可以開餐,蟶子很大隻,不加醬油已夠鮮味。。元貝也很大隻,要把殼上的精華倒往下層後才把它取出來。新鮮花尾龍躉是釜山塔沒有的,魚肉很嫩滑。海蝦的顏色很美,一人份量有三大隻。鮑魚洗得很乾淨,蒸得剛好很軟滑。有我喜歡的脹卜卜廣島蠔,沒想到配菜會有木瓜。首爾塔的沙巴肉蟹,一人份量有半隻,這似乎是眾多海鮮中較遜色的一款,而且吃起來比較麻煩,要趕著吃下一層呢。海螺細細隻很可愛,加點辣醬更好吃,那片日本南瓜絕對是驚喜,太好吃了。完成了海鮮部分,是時候喝湯了,我先嚐嚐韓式豬手湯,湯的膠質很重,因為吸收了海鮮的精華,非常鮮味,湯裡面除了豬手,還有年糕和蘿蔔。之後再試人蔘雞湯,不太喝到人蔘的味道,個人認為韓式豬
