今晚與老公到九龍城搵食,揀選了一間泰式餐廳「Orange Elephant Thai Restaurant」,點了三個菜及兩個椰青,相當不錯呀😊~泰式明爐烏頭魚搭配泰式香料和醬料,很開胃的一道菜;魚肉鮮嫩多汁,配上香料的融合,帶來一種獨特的風味。在明爐上烤製的過程中,魚肉吸收了炭燒的香氣,讓整道菜更加美味。~泰王咖喱炒大蝦有兩隻大蝦,搭配濃郁的泰式咖喱醬,每一口都散發出咖喱的香氣;咖喱醬的味道濃郁而不過分,給這道菜帶來了一種獨特的辛香!~炭燒牛肋骨食材高質,炭火的熱量讓肉的表面形成了一層脆皮,增添了口感的層次感;這個牛肋骨一上枱就讓我們聞到濃郁的炭燒香味,充滿了牛肉的香氣,我們都非常享受到牛肉的豐滿、濃郁的肉汁和炭燒的風味,水準非常高,美味之選❤️飲品方面,兩個椰青的椰汁也清爽宜人,帶有微妙的甜味;椰肉則鮮嫩多汁,口感綿密,帶有淡淡的椰香,通通都給我倆吃清光🤣整體來說,呢間泰國餐廳地方寬敞,食物幾惹味,吃得舒適,值得一試!
