Happy Friday 同同事黎上戶酒場 chill 住 lunch,餐廳以木系為主,坐位寬敞舒適,係好傳統日式居酒屋的感覺。我地叫左兩個午市定食同串燒套餐。午餐有沙律、麵豉湯同小食 (餃子),值得一讚既係個麵豉湯唔同平時是旦煮果啲,除左味道唔死咸,仲有好多配料,有蝦、蜆、豆腐粒同海帶。牛舌薄燒配三文魚炒飯 ($98)燒牛舌用鐵板上 ,每塊都鋪滿蒜粒同蔥花,個人建議唔好反啲牛舌直接食,咁樣個生熟程度就岩岩好。入口充滿濃郁既牛舌味同蒜蔥,好惹味。三文魚櫻花蝦炒飯乾身香口,粒粒分明,唔會食到食口油,好快食完一碗。上戶刺身盛配迷你烏冬 ($208)一上黎個靚靚擺盤已經好吸睛,刺身有油甘魚、三文魚、帶子、赤蝦同黑松露帆立貝,每款都肉質鮮嫩,鮮甜肥美。啤酒、自選串燒套餐 ($98)套餐可選四串串燒,款式多樣,例如雞頸肉、魷魚、雞翼黑豚肉腸、明太子蓮藕、油揚、鰻魚肝、雞腎、燒茄子田樂、同露筍等等。串燒燒得脆嫩香口,帶有焦香的味道,配啤酒一流。提提大家,餐廳而家仲做緊 Asahi 買一送一優惠($48),唔想食串燒 / 一杯啤酒唔夠喉既可以無限追加,岩晒黎飲酒 Chill 返晚!❤️
