在九龍城搵食店,除了泰國野、打邊爐之外,原來都有師父發辦,同老婆見到都想試下,除了刺身壽司外都仲有熟食。我同老婆入到去坐底,選了Chef Omakase。【前菜】黑梅貝,用了汁煮方法煮成,非常入味,肉質彈牙。【刺身】左:赤身配了黃芥末,赤身用了醬油漬過,令味道甘甜,肉質堅實,軟中帶有嚼感。右:中拖羅炙燒過逼岀魚脂香,再配上芥末籽,令肉質軟綿。【魚翅蒸蛋】用了高湯製成的醬汁,入口非常軟嫩口感,表面上仲有一梳梳魚翅。【大船渡灣真蠔】大船渡產之蠔味比較平均,海水味突出,餘韻口味清爽悠長。【熊本和牛天婦罹】天婦羅都好有特色,入口外脆內又夠軟嫩又juicy,可以加點山葵或松露塩來調味,但我比較喜歡加山葵。【燒飯團茶漬飯】燒至金黃的飯糰放入碗中,加上鯛魚、胡麻醬做成茶漬飯,湯底味道濃郁,鮮味突出。【時令壽司】北海道櫻鱒,櫻鱒好少地方食到,櫻鱒魚腹帶點粉橘色,肉質滋潤,入口帶點清香。中吞拿魚腩,脂肪分佈平均,富有天然魚油脂的甘香,同平時一塊過的口感不同,令脂肪精華味道更加濃郁。【甜品】生果-熊本蜜桔:果肉豐滿帶點清甜、靜岡蜜瓜:香甜多汁,甜度有成16度以上。自家製抹茶奶凍-香濃的奶凍超軟滑,甜度剛剛
