To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城夜食飯無乜選擇，唯有去茶記

在九龍城做完facial之後都差不多9點半，在附近找地方吃晚飯，好多餐廳都已過了last order，準備打烊。幾乎就只有銀龍還未關店，點餐之後才發現10pm開始提供宵夜餐點，只差15分鐘左右，就錯失了便宜一點點的宵夜餐了。金銀蛋芫茜鮮魷肉片湯飯，魷魚份量多，夠爽口，但金銀蛋芫茜湯的味不算煮得好出，令湯飯味道不夠香。$60/碗就稍為貴了一點吧！秘製豬軟骨撈粗麵，有分大和小兩個份量，我選了細份的，份量恰好，不會太少。粗麵爽口，豬軟骨入味，稔得來軟骨爽口易咬，醬汁微甜而不鹹，用來撈粗麵，味道不錯，但醬汁份量稍稍少了一點。配撈麵的湯清清地，不會重味精味。凍檸茶的茶底夠濃，檸檬不會澀。連鎖茶餐廳的食品不會太難食，讓人填飽肚就是了。
