今日收工過咗嚟九龍城搵食😋,九龍城咁多嘢食都唔知點揀好😖,行吓行吓見到間食潮州打冷,於是朋友話入去試吓🤩。講到潮州菜,我哋第一個諗起韭菜豬紅,豬紅好滑,下面仲有好多好入味嘅韭菜,個汁辣辣地,食完一舊又一舊😋補左好多血👍🏻。另外叫左花生鳳爪,味道略嫌淡,唔夠入味,鳳爪好淋身。芽菜豆卜,芽菜好爽口,豆卜好入味。煎魚豆豉炆苦瓜,最鍾意夠苦嘅苦瓜😍,魚煎得好香口,魚肉好滑,而且冇乜骨👍🏻👍🏻🐠。當然唔少得滷水拼盤,拼盤有滷水鵝,紅腸,生腸,粉腸,豬大腸,墨魚,鵝腸等等,非常之入味呀🥰,份量好多👍🏻。最後有個潮州伊面,建議配上糖同醋食,兩邊煎得好香口,簡單嘅一道菜色,出奇地好味😋😋。

兩邊煎得好香口,簡單嘅一道菜色,出奇地好味😋😋
