To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近來天氣真是好熱,真是有點影響胃口,所以想食些辣的食物刺激一番,泰國菜都是不錯的選擇,剛收工同朋友去了九龍城食泰國菜,找了一間光猛又有卡位的「小曼谷泰國美食」,我們被安排坐卡位位置,舒舒服服可以嘆一餐。以前小曼谷也是我常去的地方,幾年前返夜班,我與同事多數來此食下宵夜,因為餐廳收得夜,而且價錢都好合理,來食宵夜的好地方。 門外看到有一個抵食的套餐,而且是免加一,不過不設外賣,供應時間是中午12:00pm~7:00pm。 餐牌內的都有不少精美的相片,食物名稱跟相片都列明清晰,圖文並茂,得到店員的熱情招呼,一坐下來已經奉上兩杯清水,她們大部份都是泰國人,都好有善又有笑容。 友人選擇了杯泰式菠蘿冰($24),而我就點杯椰汁涼粉冰($24),我杯涼粉冰甜味都好得宜,椰汁味濃郁香滑,涼粉都好爽口又夠份量,飲落已經涼透心,食些涼粉可以清下熱氣。 頭盤當然最好來一客涼拌的沙律,今次我選擇了泰式雞絲海蜇沙律($70),這款沙律食落晤辣,雞絲份量又多,加上彈牙爽口的海蜇及香惹的芝麻,多重口感又令人振奮食慾。 友人較愛食海鮮,友人提議點款青芒果絲沙律筍殼魚($168),炸起後的原條筍殼魚,炸至

友人較愛食海鮮,友人提議點款青芒果絲沙律筍殼魚($168),炸起後的原條筍殼魚,炸至金黃色澤,再鋪上青芒果絲沙律,賣相好鮮艷奪目,非常吸引。因為魚的外型似竹筍所以取名的「筍殼魚」,雖然樣子醜陋,但是魚的肉質都好鮮嫩,魚肉質地似是鱸魚,剛炸起的魚肉都好香脆,吃起來又不會好乾或有太多魚骨,再夾雜清新的芒果絲沙律,酸酸甜甜真是好醒胃又爽口。

食泰國菜多數都會食咖喱,既然友人愛食海鮮,我同時突然都好想食蜆肉,問下店員的意見,店員大力推薦我可以選擇泰皇咖喱炒蜆($118),的碓是不錯的選擇,我們隔離枱客人也食緊此菜式,都真是好大碟又足份量,難怪都要3至4人一齊共享,熱辣辣的咖喱大蜆終於上枱,蜆肉殼粒粒都好大隻,打開蜆殼,殼肉都好飽滿大粒,咖喱味道濃郁而且咖喱汁液滲滿蜆肉吃起來更滑溜帶香辣。

食咖喱時留下了不少咖喱汁,來份蒜蓉包(4件)($28)伴食都不錯,將蒜蓉包蘸上咖喱汁,蒜蓉包吸盡咖喱汁,真是好滋味又香惹,啖啖都有蒜蓉香,
不過有點嫌蒜蓉包烘得有點太乾,咬下較硬身,美中不足要加以改善。

泰式甜品總是不可缺少泰式的芒果糯米飯($60),芒果夠熟啖啖果肉清甜又juicy,溫熱香軟的糯米飯淋上了濃甜的熱椰汁,椰汁味道帶少許的鹹味,再灑上了黑芝麻,口感豐富又煙韌嚼勁,再夾雜香甜柔軟而帶微酸的芒果共食,美妙的味道配搭讓人一試愛上。

整體上,食物方面都有一定的水準,服務都好細心,時常幫我們加斟清水,收碟上菜都好有效率,下次會再來。
