前幾日同朋友去左宋皇臺站附近嘅呢間日本餐廳Dinner。餐廳樓高幾層,有爐端燒、鐵板燒同Omakase食。因為嗰日好想食壽司,所以我地就揀左Omakase。漬物店員首先送上幾款漬物,分別有牛蒡、蓮藕、榨菜同埋薑。前菜係沖繩水雲草,上面白色嘅係山藥蓉,仲加左少少醋,食落酸酸地好開胃。刺身北海道真蠔,加左青檸汁。建議食左頭嘅部分先,口感比較爽,肚嗰到就比較creamy。真鯛海膽卷拼深海池魚可以加少少紫蘇花喺真鯛上面,食落好香。深海池魚食落好爽口。石垣貝加入岩鹽,帶出鮮甜味。醬油燒帶子燒到半生熟,加左少少七味粉吊味,再用香脆嘅紫菜包住。北海道蝦夷鮑用最原始嘅方法,就係清蒸,先試原味,然後試下點鮑魚干醬。最後啖湯都可以飲埋。鮑魚食落好彈牙,入口鮮美。黃金池魚紫菜包住食,已經撈左豉油同Wasabi,仲撈左啲薑、芝麻同埋日本關西嘅牙蔥。鹽燒赤鯥魚油分比較重,可以加少少青檸汁,如果覺得太油膩都可以加啲柚子味蘿蔔蓉。燒龍蝦龍蝦膏醬加忌廉一齊燒嘅龍蝦,上面加啲蘑菇片,聞落已經好香。食落有香濃嘅牛油味,又鮮甜。仲有粒士多啤梨,意想不到地又甜又大粒!北海道白粟米食落好清甜,口感同一般粟米有少少唔同,有啲似甘

用最原始嘅方法,就係清蒸,先試原味,然後試下點鮑魚干醬。最後啖湯都可以飲埋。鮑魚食落好彈牙,入口鮮美。

黃金池魚
紫菜包住食,已經撈左豉油同Wasabi,仲撈左啲薑、芝麻同埋日本關西嘅牙蔥。

鹽燒赤鯥魚
油分比較重,可以加少少青檸汁,如果覺得太油膩都可以加啲柚子味蘿蔔蓉。

燒龍蝦
龍蝦膏醬加忌廉一齊燒嘅龍蝦,上面加啲蘑菇片,聞落已經好香。食落有香濃嘅牛油味,又鮮甜。仲有粒士多啤梨,意想不到地又甜又大粒!
