To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城一向都係食泰國菜的好地方，今日黎到呢到同朋友就唔係揀泰國菜餐廳，反而想試下呢間係打鼓嶺道的西餐店。夜晚有個好抵食的二人餐，都只係$318餐湯係南瓜湯，比較清淡，南瓜味好清甜凱薩沙律，沙律醬好多，面包粒香脆，生菜新鮮脆口牛油芝士鮑魚，底係好厚的薯蓉，鮑魚嫩滑，有咬感地中海焗蟹餅，有加肉鬆，焗得好香脆黑松露醬野菌扁意粉，有巴拿馬火腿，意粉煮得比較冧身，醬汁入味，份量多四重芝士pizza,焗得好香脆，芝士份量多香蕉心太軟加朱古力雪糕，味道好夾
